LESSON FOR LIFE.

Nothing works like positive self-talk.You just need to say a word of encouragement to get the fear out of your system.A person feels really nervous the first time he had to address a huge public meeting.However he must keep telling himself ''I am bigger than the fear'' You just need to break the influence of negative thoughts.
Most of the stress in the world is caused due to anger.Research says that when you feel anger rising inside you,do something that is incompatible to anger.Stroke a pet,start laughing,walk out,listen to the music,anything that will help to disconnect from the anger.Tell a friend to give you a clue when they feel you are losing control.
It is also very important to experience anger, frustation,to cleanse your system.Once catharsis happens,you will fell refreshed to face the life again.Give yourself time to think about how you will react to different situations,and how you are going to accept the changes in your life.
When you feel low,get in touch with family or friends who are fighters.These people can inspire you.If you have no one around you,look at your past achievements,your cirtificates or medals you have received in sports,school debates etc.It will help re-assert your self esteem.FINALLY SUCCESS MEANS ONLY BEING HONEST TO YOURSELF.ACCEPT YOURSELF WITH ALL NEGATIVE AND POSITIVE SHADES.
